Don has over 25 years of experience in Oil and Gas, working throughout Western Canada with some experience in Western Africa. His extensive experience in Alberta, working in literally every corner of the province, has given him a deep familiarity with the diverse terrain and its associated site-specific difficulties. Don started gaining experience in 1990 and has been planning, executing and managing conventional, unconventional, Oil Sands projects since 1999, and his experience in Life-Cycle Time Management is invaluable in helping companies navigate projects along the complicated regulatory and approval process. He serves as a central contact for clients and coordinates with the appropriate field personnel to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion. Don is a graduate from the University of Alberta's School of Business with an Advanced Diploma in Project Management and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
Jeff is a registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGA with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Geological) from the University of Saskatchewan. He has over 15 years of varied experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry, from roughneck to production operator to Senior Drilling Engineer/Superintendent throughout Western Canada, Africa and the Middle East. Jeff has significant experience in remote drilling operations, from conceptual planning and design through tendering and procurement to operations and optimization on well types ranging from; wildcat exploration wells to deep high-pressure sour wells to shallow sweet oil & gas. Wellbore profiles have included; vertical, directional, slants and horizontals. Operations and planning have spanned; sub-normally pressured formations requiring air/foam/MPD, high-pressure H2S environments, with fluid systems from WBM to OBM to Silicates. Jeff is currently in the process of obtaining a Masters Certificate in Project Management from York University, Schulich School of Business and his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation.
